Dad career highlights: For me becoming a Father changed the way I looked at time - you can’t buy it back so I set clearer boundaries, always put a clear plan in place and always set realistic deadlines. Because I wanted to be a great and present Dad my productivity and effectiveness at work increased considerably. Just like in the ‘Bluey’ episode ‘Stickbird’ - The phrase “You’re missing this” really hit home! I love the balance I’ve been able to achieve and the growth & development that’s evolved out of a new sense of responsibility!
