Workpants is on a mission to help you design work that fits. We do this with expert career counselling, content and courses. We're less like a career guru and more like a support crew. When it comes to your work, you wear the pants.

We've designed career counselling services to suit workplaces and individuals. We can also tailor a custom fit. Take a look and see what strikes your fancy.

Where we really shine is enhancing workplace parental leave policies with personalised career counselling for new parents. We know how much they need it, and it is a remarkable tool for talent attraction, engagement and retention.

our story

We're here because we believe work should fit life better. We also believe that given the right kind of support, individuals can take action to make the career changes they want. It's personal too, for us and for you. Learn about our origin story.

A collection of colourful triangles
